Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and 66duit ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Continued use of the 66duit platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
1.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the 66duit platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or rules published by 66duit from time to time.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered through 66duit, including but not limited to the live casino, slot games, sportsbook, rewards programme, and any promotional activities conducted by 66duit.
1.3 66duit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. It is the Member's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Age Restriction: Access to 66duit is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Any registration or use of the platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds.
2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 66duit, you must:

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility will result in account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any balances held therein where fraud or misrepresentation is established.
3.1 Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes, without limitation, a valid full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a unique email address.
3.2 Each Member is permitted to maintain a single account only. 66duit employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 66duit may, without liability, close all accounts associated with the individual, void any pending bets or promotions, and confiscate any balances found to have been obtained through multiple-account abuse.
3.3 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 66duit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Member has failed to maintain appropriate credential security. Members must notify 66duit immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access via the support channels listed in Section 14.
3.4 Account verification (KYC) may be required prior to withdrawal processing. Acceptable identity documents include Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may additionally be required.
4.1 All transactions on 66duit are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 66duit does not apply currency conversion charges on MYR-denominated transactions. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), the applicable conversion rate at the time of transaction processing will be applied.
4.2 Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are as published on the platform at the time of transaction. 66duit currently supports the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered Member. 66duit does not process third-party withdrawals. Processing timelines are as follows:
4.4 66duit reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, that are inconsistent with deposit and play patterns, or that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) review procedures. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending completion of such reviews.
All deposits and withdrawals on 66duit are subject to our AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable international gaming authority requirements.
5.1 66duit may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published alongside each individual offer.
5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant offer terms.
5.3 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine commercial risk, is strictly prohibited. 66duit reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where abuse is determined.
5.4 66duit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances that have been validly credited will remain subject to their original terms.
6.1 All games available on the 66duit platform operate under the specific rules published for each game title. In the event of any conflict between general platform terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall take precedence for gameplay-related matters.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, disconnection, or other platform disruption that affects the outcome or integrity of a game round, 66duit reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Member's account. This is the Member's sole remedy in such circumstances.
6.3 Bets placed on the sportsbook are subject to the specific sportsbook terms and conditions governing bet settlement, void bet policies, each-way terms, and in-play betting rules, which are published separately within the sportsbook section of the 66duit platform.
6.4 All game outcomes, including live dealer games sourced from certified third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and other partners), are governed by the technical specifications and RNG certifications of the respective studio provider. 66duit does not independently determine game outcomes.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66duit platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

8.1 66duit operates responsible gaming tools as a standing platform feature. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and wager limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
8.2 Members who wish to temporarily suspend their account may apply for a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months via the account settings or by contacting 66duit support. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent. Requests to end a self-exclusion period early will not be actioned within the first 30 days of the exclusion.
8.3 Permanent self-exclusion is available upon request to the 66duit support team. A permanent exclusion closes the account and marks it as permanently barred. 66duit will not process re-registration requests from permanently excluded Members.
8.4 66duit complies with international gaming authority requirements regarding the protection of vulnerable players, including age verification at registration and enhanced monitoring of account activity patterns that may indicate problem gambling behaviour.
9.1 All content on the 66duit platform, including but not limited to the 66duit brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of 66duit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 66duit platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of 66duit.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66duit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from a Member's use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 66duit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 66duit's total aggregate liability to any Member for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 66duit does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. 66duit shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service provider failures.
10.4 Members acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that 66duit is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, provided that games have been operated fairly and in accordance with these terms.
11.1 Members may close their 66duit account at any time by submitting a written request to the 66duit support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance net of pending bonus obligations will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within the standard processing timeline.
11.2 66duit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) 66duit is required to do so by any regulatory authority or applicable law; (c) 66duit has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) the Member has engaged in conduct that 66duit considers harmful to the platform, other Members, or third parties.
11.3 Upon termination for breach, any funds in the account that are attributable to fraudulent activity or terms violations may be forfeited. 66duit will provide written reasons for forfeiture upon request where legally permissible.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 66duit holds its operating licence.
12.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the use of the 66duit platform, shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through the 66duit internal dispute resolution process. Members may initiate a formal dispute by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute and the remedy sought.
12.3 66duit will aim to resolve formal disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a complete written submission. Where resolution is not achieved through internal processes, Members may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable licensing framework.
13.1 66duit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material amendments, 66duit will endeavour to provide notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their account.
13.2 A Member's continued use of the 66duit platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If a Member does not accept the revised terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
